2026 SGBTJ Family Reunion

The Smith-Bryant-Goines-Terrell-Jones Family Reunion will take place from July 24-26, 2026, at the beautiful Massanutten Resorts, not far from Staunton, Harrisonburg, or Washington, D.C. The resort offers something for everyone, from thrilling outdoor activities to relaxing amenities.

Reunion Registration Information

Reunion Registration Fee:

The registration fee is $150 per person (or each of your family members) includes:

Four delicious meals: (Friday Evening: Meet and Greet, Saturday Morning: Breakfast; Saturday Evening: Dinner and Sunday Morning: Breakfast).
A commemorative family reunion t-shirt
Shuttle service to resort activities

Payment Options:

You have two convenient payment options:

One-time Payment: Pay the full fee of $150 for each of your family members upfront. For example, the total cost for a family of three (3 X $150) for a total of $450 is due in full by July 30, 2025.
Installment Plan: Pay in four installments. The first installment is a non-refundable deposit of $50 for each of your family members. For example, the total amount of the first installment for a family of three (3 X the $50 minimum) for a total of $150 is due by July 30, 2025.

Schedule of Registration Fee Payments:

Your Second Payment of any amount is due September 30, 2025.
Third Payment of any amount is due November 30, 2025.
Fourth and Final Payment (any remaining balance) is due January 30, 2026.

Families may pay in full or in installments using multiple methods to make payments:

Credit or Debit Card: Families may pay using a major credit card or bank debit card through our online system.
Manual Payment: Families may pay by check or money order by selecting "Manual" at checkout.
